Our designers played with negative space, organic linework, and earthy palettes to mimic these striated formations. Woven from soft polyester chenille contrasted by recessed motifs, Roche’s innovative washable construction gives it a rich visual and tactile texture that feels handwoven. The Material French for caterpillar, chenille is a velvety material created by twisting short pieces of yarn, called piles, between two longer yarns. Ours is made with durable polyester for easy vacuuming, spot-cleaning, and machine washing. Soft yet sturdy, it's both mildew and stain-resistant. The Maker Our partner is an established weaving house with over 40 years of experience. They're OEKO-TEX® and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified, meaning they meet strict standards for textile safety, as well as environmental and social practices. The Designer Our in-house, all-star design team works across Los Angeles, Istanbul, Bhadohi, and Mumbai. Starting with the weave itself, they determine the collection material, technique, and mood.
